Computerized drill TR1C

The computerized drill TR1C is designed to make holes for anchoring on slabs of marble, granite or stone and consists of:

A chassis made of welded steel.
Two guides consisting in two chrome-plated steel bars with inox steel protection carters. The bridge is supported by two sledges in cast iron that slide on the two guides.
A drill with oleo-pneumatic operated movements completely controlled from the operator�s workstation.
The movement of the drill on the two axis X and Y is obtained using two electric motors: on the X axis the movement is transmitted to the drill using a recirculation balls screw, on the Y axis, instead, using a cog-wheel system.
The surface on which the slab is supported is planed and is covered with a replaceable low friction material.
An operator's workstation in which are addressed the electric board and the controls panel. On the controls panel are arranged the luminous indicators of the working cycle, the red switch for the emergency block of the machine and the EC-609, the computerized control unit, that allow the operator to set the arrangement of the holes on the surface of the slab and to select automatic or manual working cycle.
