Polisher for straight and bullnose edge BULL300

The polisher for straight and bullnose edge BULL300 consists of:

A chassis made of welded steel.
For its characteristics of sturdiness this machine is capable to work slab of marble with a maximum thickness of 300mm.
The machine is equipped with to mandrels with two different tasks. One with the grindstone that carry out the rough-hewing of the material under working, the other, instead, is equipped with a polisher tool and finishes the work cycle. Each mandrel can be approached to the slab using the handwheels. There is a motor to put right in the centre the tools with the slab. The translation and the rotation of the tools group is driven by inverter, it�s possible to change the speed to suite different kind of works and different kind of materials.
A plane of support for the slab equipped with a pneumatic blocking system for the slab.
An operator's workstation in which are addressed the electric board and the controls panel. On the controls panel are arranged the luminous indicators of the working cycle, the switches for the blocking and unblocking of the slab, the red switch for the emergency block of the machine and a computerized control unit of the entire working cycle that allow the operator to choose the different kind of works.
The machine is equipped of a complete illustrated manual for the use and maintenance.
