Computerized slot machine SL4

The slotting machine SL4 is designed to make slots, kerfs and cuts for anchoring on the edges and on the plane of marble, granite or stone slabs and consists of:

A chassis made of welded steel.
Four cutting unit. The two unit, that are equipped with 4 hp motors, are designed for the vertical cuts and have a rotation range of 90�. The other two unit, that are equipped with two 7.5 hp motors, are designed for the horizontal cuts on the edges of the slab.
One hydraulic pump with a power of 0.5 hp to move forward and backward the cutting heads.
Two conveyor belts for the slab, with side guides and pressers, that can be automatically moved at the desired width from the panel of controls. The belts ore moved by two 0.5 hp motors driven by two inverters that allow to change the forwarding speed of the slab and so the cutting speed for the different materials.
An operator's workstation in which are addressed the electric board and the controls panel. On the controls panel are arranged the luminous indicators of the working cycle, the regulator for the speed of the belts, the red switch for the emergency block of the machine and the EC-609, the computerized control unit, that allow the operator to set the different kind of processing, to change the dimensional parameters of the working cycle and to select automatic or manual working mode.
