Cutter machine ATS600

The cutter machine ATS600 is designed to cut marble, granite or stone slabs and consists of:

A chassis made of welded steel.
Rollers with a PVC covering for slab advancement. On the rollers the slab is manually pushed towards the saw.
A mechanical stop for the slab runs on a chrome-plated steel bar and can be blocked at the desired measure that can be checked on a inox steel ruler. The slab, in the photo above, enter from the right side of the machine, but the operator can choose himself the entering direction shifting the bar and the mechanical stop along the rollers.
A saw with a inox steel carter for the protection of the diamond disk. The operator start the saw and the system of forwarding that is automatic and is done by an electric motor. The speed of forwarding of the saw can be adjust if different kind of materials or slabs of different thickness are cut. The working cycle can be completely automatic or simply manual.
The operator's workstation is situated above the saw and there are addressed the electric board and the controls panel. On the controls panel are arranged the switch for the saw and for the forwarding system, the luminous indicators of the working cycle, the switch for forwarding and for backwarding of the saw, the continuous regulator of the speed of forwarding of the saw and the red switch for the emergency block of the machine.
The machine is equipped of a complete illustrated manual for the use and maintenance.
